OUR WORDS BECOMING LAW

Mark 11:23
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall SAY unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his HEART, but shall believe that those things which he SAITH shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he SAITH.

Notice the word say or saith is mentioned three times and heart just once.
What Jesus is saying is that we don’t usually miss it in our believing but in our saying [misnomer]. Because if you are a believer you do have faith in your heart. Paul says, “God has dealt to every man [believer] the measure of faith”(Romans 12:3). So, if you believe something once you have to say it at least three times.

The next question that comes to mind is why should one declare the Word three times and believe just once? The verses below answer the question.

Matthew 18:19-20
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Ecclesiastes 4:12
12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
I want to point out here that Jesus is not saying if you pray alone He wouldn’t hear you. He is talking on the power of agreement.

Notice what He says, “That if two of you shall agree…” and “For where two or three are gathered…”
The apostle Paul also says, “In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established” (2 Corinthians 13:1).

Jesus and Paul introduced the legal term witness in this equation. A witness is someone who was present, saw, and heard when an incident took place. And in the court of law if two or three people witnessed against you you’ll be charged.

This is a spiritual law that if you should say something two or three times it becomes an established fact in the realm of nature.

In the Supreme Court of heaven, the believer’s testimony of faith is a witness against Satan’s accusations.
Our words are very important in the realm of the spirit. They witness either for us or against us.

1 John 5:6-12
6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. 10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
